Rudy Sarzo On 'Off The Rails' Book: "It’s Still Going To Come Out" (1/30/2006)

Rudy Sarzo was recently interviewed by Brian Rademacher. The entire interview can be found on rockeyez.com.

Some excerpts from the interview:

On his book, “Off The Rails - My Adventures In The Land Of Ozz”:

"Right now I have another deal in the works and it’s still going to come out - Thank God! Also, the Editor in Chief at ‘Guitar World’ contacted me because they are putting together a tribute to Randy. It’s the whole issue and they will be using some excerpts from the book."

On the difficult bass line in Ozzy’s band compared to Quiet Riot:

"I grew up playing progressive music so I would say the most technical music I have played would have to be the last tour I played with Yngwie Malmsteen. I would say that because of him being a guitar player it balances the guitar lines on the bass. It was a beautiful challenge."

On the most memorable experience in playing for Ozzy Osbourne:

"Every single moment!"
